I'm currently obsessed with all the cute bunting and cafe lights floating around the design-osphere these days. Bunting is so easy to make, and adds a festive touch to parties of any kind--from birthdays to bridal showers. Cafe lights add a relaxed patio feel to an otherwise boring space. I used both at my wedding:
My crafty mama made the bunting with cut burlap, jute, scrapbook paper and chipboard letters. Craftiness runs in the family. :)
Not only do bunting and cafe lights make a subtle statement at events, the graphics adds a simple little something to design pieces. I stumbled upon a few FREE Photoshop bunting and light brushes by Mels Brushes at iDIY. Download them here! Then get to creating! I used them in one of my new ads:
